Median modelled annual AC generation 50%, upper-quartile modelled annual AC generation 30%, median modelled panel count 20%. At least 50 matched residential rooftop addresses are required.

The City model uses 2022 LiDAR, excludes apartment complexes and assumes generalized optimal conditions. This is not installed capacity, measured production, an equipment design, a structural or electrical assessment, a savings estimate, a payback calculation, an installation quote or a property-value signal.
